C. René Hirschfeld teaches violin, composition and music theory.

Already when he still was a student he was requested to teach at the Music Academy „Carl Maria von Weber“ Dresden, wich he did until he moved to Berlin in 1991.

Here he taught at the Music Academy „Hanns Eisler“ and at the local music school Berlin Köpenick, where he was in charge of an extra class to prepare young pupils for studies at a music academy. Laterly he focussed mainly on giving private lessons.

When he temporarily moved to Sweden in 1995 Hirschfeld took a break in teaching.
